Sidney Sailing Races

James Island, Sidney spit. Green on the way back. Start at 11:05.

Starts will be done on the water. Start time 11am. I’ll update the course number when it’s decided upon.

I’m on board Border Reiver today. Pursuit race is a staggered start with the slowest boats starting first. We start at 11:14. Windy out here! And brisk.

I’m on board Rainbows End today… Pursuit race is when the slowest boats start first. The idea is that we all finish at the same time.

Race delayed while we wait for wind. Pursuit races are when the slowest boats start first and then each faster boat is released to start. The idea being that the boats will all finish at about the same time. I’m on Border Reiver today.
